My family has always had a deep connection to the sea. My great-grandmother used to tell me stories of our ancestors, who were renowned fishermen and sea captains. They said it was in my blood to be drawn to the ocean.One rainy afternoon, when I was just a young girl, I awoke from a nap and realized my mom wasn't inside. She had left to begin her project without me! So I rushed upstairs in my longest nightgown to join her. I was so excited; however, I only managed to get on one rain boot.My mother, like generations before her, had a special affinity for sea life. She became a marine biologist with a very special project to work on! Her project was called "Project Jellify," at least between her and me it was. Her goal was to rescue and study jellyfish that had washed ashore. She invented a special aquarium backpack just for this. We call them bubble backs!As I raced down the beach to catch up with my mom, I couldn't resist scooping up any jellyfish I spotted along the way, carrying them carefully in the folds of my dress. Finally, I saw her up ahead, kneeling down and gently placing a jellyfish into her bubble back."Mama! Look! I have more jellies for us!" I shouted as I ran along the shoreline, clutching my dress tightly to keep the jellies safe.My mother turned to look at me just as a massive wave, twice the size of my young self, crashed over me, sweeping me away. Thunder boomed in the distance, and I opened my eyes to see the moon glowing above the water, its light dancing in a spotty pattern. The jellies I had saved began to swim all around me."The jellies are dancing for me, Mama," I whispered, feeling warmth inside as I watched them sway in the moonlit waters, their translucent bodies appearing to glow. "We saved so many, they are so pretty, Mom."Little did I know that this moment would change my life forever. It was said that on that fateful night, with pure intentions, I became the goddess of jellyfish, forever connected to the creatures of the sea.

General

by commissioning me, you agree to the following:ଳ You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me.
ଳ I reserve the right to decline any commission or request that makes me uncomfortable or that I do not feel confident in executing to a satisfactory standard.
ଳ I am not responsible for any misunderstandings that arise from the commissioner's failure to fully read and understand my Terms of Service.
ଳ As the artist I still maintain any and all rights to my works. I'm allowed to post the commissions on my social media.
ଳ My art style can vary.
ଳ You cannot claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
ଳ Do not edit, trace, copy, heavily reference or imitate my art in any way.
ଳ Do not upload my art, even a commissioned one, in an AI databank or create AI art with it.
ଳ I require a full description, if possible, with references, before approving the project. The more information I have on your project, the better.

Payment & Refunds

ଳ The payment will be made via Paypal in USD only.
ଳ I will ask for full payment before starting your commission, when total is $10.00 or less.
ଳ Payments should be done within 24 - 48 hrs upon being notified to or after I accept your commission.
ଳ Payment can be split into 2 parts. with 50% due up front and 50% due upon sketch approval or first work in progress.
ଳ I will not allow rush fees at this time. I am currently a hobby artist and working full time. I will make time to finish your commission within 2 weeks after beginning your project.
ଳ Privacy fee can be negotiated if necessary.

ଳ Complete projects are non-refundable.
ଳ Once work has begun on the project, I cannot offer a refund under normal circumstances.

Usage

ଳ Most of my work is for NON-commercial use, meaning I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes or income unless a separate agreement for commercial use has been made. Twitch usage is okay. (If interested in a logo, see logo section below).
ଳ You can use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise (you can upload it on all your social media profiles, forums, etc.)
ଳ Do NOT claim the artwork as your own.

ଳ Logos include commercial use in their set price.
ଳ All credit for work done should be linked back to Aurelia Albright.
